Ticket Sales Policy and Conditions of Entry

This policy and the conditions may change from time to time and without notice in our sole discretion. We shall post any changes on our website www.jerkjam.co.uk

The Entrance Wristband is issued by Jerk Jam Ltd and is subject to the following Conditions:

  • The use of this Entrance Wristband shall constitute acceptance by the Bearer of the Conditions of Issue and imply an undertaking on the part of the Bearer to observe them and any other notice or regulation issued by Jerk Jam Ltd and displayed on its website, social media or at the Venue.
  • All Entrance Wristbands remain the property of the Jerk Jam Ltd and are not transferable save to those persons for whom the tickets were purchased as part of a group booking. Those persons will be subject to the Conditions of Issue which will apply as if he/she were the original recipient of the Entrance
  • All Entrance Wristbands will be secured to the attendee at the box office by festival Jerk Jam Ltd will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of wristbands. Without proof of purchase replacements will be at the discretion of Jerk Jam Ltd.
  • Entrance Wristbands may not be offered as a prize in a promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package or used for any other commercial purpose without the written consent of Jerk Jam Entrance Wristbands purchased from unauthorised sellers, resale sites or auction sites will be void and null.
  • Anti-social Behaviour will not be tolerated by Jerk Jam Ltd or its representatives and a policy will be in place and advertised on the Jerk Jam Ltd website. Committing an anti-social act could lead to ejection from the festival site or the involvement of Hampshire Constabulary if you commit a criminal offence.
  • Jerk Jam operates the ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy, so that alcohol will not be sold to anyone appearing to be under the age of 25. If challenged you will have to provide satisfactory documentary proof that you are over the age of 18. Acceptable forms of ID will only be a card bearing the PASS (proof of age standards scheme) hologram, drivers license or passport.
  • Jerk Jam Ltd or its representatives reserve the right to search bags and personal property upon entry to the festival to look for prohibited items that breach licensing conditions or are considered to be a risk to the safety of the general
  • Prohibited items are;- Glass, Alcohol, illegal substances, new Psychoactive substances including Nitrous Oxide, Whipped cream/CO2 dispensers, Drones, Food stuffs, Candles, Knives, Animals, Pyrotechnics and Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, Bbq’s, Campfires, Gas canisters, Smoke canisters, Liquid fuels, Laser pens, Unauthorised Sound Systems, Poles or Banners and any other item which could be used as a weapon or cause harm to others.
  • Items prohibited by the Conditions of Issue shall be confiscated without any liability to Jerk Jam Ltd to return such items unless it is safe to do so.
  • Reusable Water bottles and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals are permitted at the discretion of Jerk Jam Ltd or their representatives.
  • Exceptions will be made for prescribed medications such as inhalers or antibiotics or for foods stuffs for infants, diabetics or to cater for food intolerances.
  • No animals will be admitted to the festival with the exception of assistance or guide
  • Unaccompanied children 17 years old and under will not be Adults may purchase up to 3 child tickets per adult ticket and will assume responsibility for those attendees.
  • A maximum of 3 free tickets for children 0-8 years can be allocated to each adult ticket purchase.
  • No entry or re-admission to the festival site after 9PM
  • Photographic and Video recording equipment is permitted in the event provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only.
  • In the event of any subsequent commercial use of media, the bearer must gain authorised permission from Jerk Jam Ltd or any artists Fees may apply.
  • Jerk Jam Ltd reserve the right to collect media images such as film or photography for future use in promotional activity.
  • Jerk Jam Ltd reserve the right to gather and retain personal information from ticket sales for future promotional activity. This will be subject to GDPR rules.
  • Ticket holders, staff, contractors, guests or artists must not offer or distribute (either free or for sale) within the Festival site any consumer article or commercial product of any nature or purchase any such item from any vendor not authorised by Jerk Jam Ltd.
  • Jerk Jam Ltd reserves the right to alter or change the festival programme, without prior Refunds will not be issued should the programme be altered or if a particular artist does not appear, including headline acts.
  • If the festival fails to run due to a failure to achieve the correct licenses a full refund will be offered for pre-purchased tickets ahead of the event date.
  • Campsites will be open from 11.00hrs Saturday 8th June 2024 until 12.00hrs Sunday 9th June No fires, bbq’s or naked flames are permitted. No amplified music is allowed. Please take your rubbish with you.
  • Jerk Jam Ltd or its representative reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival site or to eject any person from the site if, in the absolute discretion of any representative of Jerk Jam Ltd, the person may be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/orthe running of the Festival, for example if the Bearer refuses a bag search or search of personal belongings upon entering the Festival site or whilst at the site, appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively/in possession of any item prohibited by the Conditions of Issue or undertaking any act prohibited by the Conditions of Issue or fails to comply with any lawful instruction issued by or on behalf of Jerk Jam Ltd.
