Ticket Sales Policy and Conditions of Entry

This policy and the conditions may change from time to time and without notice in our sole discretion. We shall post any changes on our website www.jerkjam.co.uk

The Entrance Wristband is issued by Jerk Jam Events Ltd and is subject to the following conditions of entry.

Ticket Sales & Wristbands

  • The use of the Entrance Wristband shall constitute acceptance by the bearer to observe the conditions of issue here stated and also an undertaking on the part of the bearer to observe any other notice or regulation issued by Jerk Jam Events Ltd and displayed on its website, social media or at the venue.
  • All Wristbands remain the property of the Jerk Jam Events Ltd and are not transferable save to those persons for whom the tickets were purchased as part of a group booking. Those persons will be subject to the conditions of entry which will apply as if he/she were the original purchaser or recipient of the wristband.
  • All Entrance Wristbands will be secured to the attendee at the box office by festival staff. Jerk Jam Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of wristbands. Without proof of purchase, replacements will be at the discretion of Jerk Jam Events Ltd or their representative.
  • Entrance Wristbands may not be offered as a prize in a promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package or used for any other commercial purpose without the written consent of Jerk Jam Events Ltd. Entrance Wristbands purchased from unauthorised sellers, resale sites or auction sites will be void and null.
  • A maximum of 3 free of charge tickets for children 0-8 years can be allocated to each adult ticket purchase.
  • Jerk Jam Events Ltd reserves the right to alter or change the festival programme, without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued should the programme be altered or if a particular artist does not appear, including headline acts.
  • If the Jerk Jam festival fails to run due to a failure to achieve the correct local authority licenses a full refund will be offered for pre-purchased tickets to the lead booker only and by a date to be advertised.
  • Can I Cancel Or Return My Tickets?  No, The Jerk Jam Festival have a strict no-refund policy unless the event is cancelled due to the festival not being issued the correct licenses. In this instance a full refund will be offered.
  • Wristband holders, staff, contractors, guests or artists must not offer or distribute (either free or for sale) within the Festival arena any consumer article or commercial product of any nature or purchase any such item from any vendor not authorised by Jerk Jam Events Ltd.
  • Jerk Jam Events Ltd or its representative reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival arena or to eject any person from the arena if, in the absolute discretion of any representative of Jerk Jam Ltd, the person may be a risk to the safety of other wristband holders and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival, for example if the wristband holder refuses a bag search or search of personal belongings upon entering the Festival arena or within the arena, appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively/in possession of any item prohibited by the conditions of ticket sales, entry or undertaking any act prohibited by the conditions of this policy or fails to comply with any lawful instruction issued by or on behalf of Jerk Jam Events Ltd.
  • No entry or re-admission is allowed to the festival site after 9PM.

Conditions of entry and your welfare

  • Anti-social Behaviour will not be tolerated by Jerk Jam Events Ltd or its representatives and our policy is to eject wristband holders, guests, artists or others that exhibit such behaviour. Committing an anti-social act could lead
  • Jerk Jam Festival operates the ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy, so that alcohol will not be sold to anyone appearing to be under the age of 25. If challenged you will have to provide satisfactory documentary proof that you are over the age of 18. Acceptable forms of ID will only be a card bearing
  • Jerk Jam Events Ltd or any of its representatives reserve the right to search bags and personal property upon entry to the festival to look for prohibited items that breach any licensing conditions or are considered to be a risk to the health, safety and welfare of all our attendees.
  • Prohibited items shall be; All glass items, Alcohol, knives of any kind, illegal substances, new Psychoactive substances including Nitrous Oxide, Whipped
    cream/CO2 dispensers, Drones, Food stuffs, C
    andles, Knives, Animals, Pyrotechnics and Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, Bbq’s, Campfires, Gas canisters, Smoke canisters, Liquid fuels, Laser pens, Unauthorised Sound Systems, Poles or Banners and any other item which could be used as a weapon or cause harm to others.
  • Items prohibited by the conditions of entry shall be confiscated without any liability to Jerk Jam Events Ltd to return such items unless it is safe to do so.
  • You are allowed to bring with you 1 x refillable Water bottle for use on site and 1 x 500 ml non-alcoholic soft drink per person if it is in a plastic bottle with an unbroken seal.
  • Exceptions will be made for prescribed medications such as inhalers or antibiotics or for foods stuffs for infants, diabetics or to cater for food intolerances.
  • No animals will be admitted to the festival with the exception of assistance or guide dogs but please be aware there will be loud music.

Media and Data Collection

  • Non-professional photographic and video recording equipment is permitted in the event provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only.
  • In the event of any subsequent commercial use of media, the bearer must gain written authorised permission from Jerk Jam Events Ltd or any artists performing. Fees may apply.
  • Jerk Jam Events Ltd reserve the right to collect media images such as film or photography for future use in promotional activity.
  • Jerk Jam Events Ltd reserve the right to gather and retain personal information from ticket sales for future promotional activity. This will be subject to GDPR rules.
  • Ticket holders, staff, contractors, guests or artists must not offer or distribute (either free or for sale) within the Festival site any consumer article or commercial product of any nature or purchase any such item from any vendor not authorised by Jerk Jam Events Ltd.

Vehicles, Car Parking and Campsites

  • Please observe the site speed limit of 5 MPH. There are pedestrians, horses and other users of the premises to consider.
  • Please park your vehicle only where instructed to by our parking stewards.
  • DO NOT park in the Equestrian Centre car park this is out of bounds.
  • All vehicles entering Pinkmead Farm Equestrian Centre or parked anywhere on this site are done so at the risk of the person in charge of that vehicle, be it the driver, owner or registered keeper and neither Jerk Jam Events Ltd or the owner Pinkmead Farm Equestrian Centre will be liable for any damage to it by you or third parties or for the breakdown or recovery of that vehicle.
  • Vehicles can be left overnight if you wish but must be collected by dusk the following day (Sunday 9th June 2024).
  • Campsites will be open from 11.00hrs Saturday 8th June 2024 until 13.00hrs Sunday 9th June 2024.
  • Please park your vehicle only where instructed to by our parking stewards.
  • No fires of any kind or bbq’s are permitted on this site. This is grazing land and the dry grass could be extremely flammable.
  • No after hours sound systems or amplified music of any kind is allowed. We all have to respect the neighbours and the landlord who kindly lets us put this on.
  • Please take your rubbish with you and save the planet and our waste bill 🙂
